Mid Automn Festival!!! 中秋祭
Yesterday we joined Mid Automn festival!
This is originally chinese festival. One of the international school that has many chinese students decided to hold the festivaly internationally involving the other nationalities in the other international school. Therefore our school that has 17(?) nationalities joined this festival! In the festival our school did 6 perfomances.
Firstly, korean student showed his taekondo skills. He played the form first and then kicked the papers that are placed in oppositing sides at the height of 1 metre and he kicked that paper by jumping and opening his legs widely.
Secondly, the Russian student who is very beautiful girl (I can send u photo by msn) danced Russian traditional dance with her tradittional clothes.
Then a unit of 2 Japanese and 2 Chinese girls sang the song 'Mirai' of kiroro's. That is translated in chinese!
Nextly we provided the game from Vietnam which you hop and step going through the wood sticks on the rythm^^
Our international school has not only Asian but also Kiwi (we call New Zealander Kiwi). He played the electro guitar. It was very cool >
Loooooooooooooong journey!!
Today, I had a long walk with my friend. Actually our plan was to buy birthday presents to the other friends. I had two friends to give the birthday presents. However on the way of the shop to buy, we slipped into the wonderland^^
It was called Japanese market where we wanted to go and we both went there only once. Therefore we were not sure the way and took rough guesses all the time.
We left our motel at 2 o'clock. Since it passed 3:30 we've started walking, our purpose was no longer shopping coz there were wonderful sights anywhere in front of us once you went out from Queen Street which is main street in Auckland. We were so excited and walked and walked.
We seemed to appear the good residential district, there was a Park named Auckland City Park (maybe) and that small hill was beside the sea. There were an elegant fountain, beautiful flowers of herbs, over-100-year-old trees and amaizing public bathroom! The public bathroom in the centre of the park has got an automatic door!!! It was amazing to me. The park was well kept and lots of rich-look people were relaxed in there.
Next, we went down the hill and found building of shops. Those building were so convenient that you can buy everything there if you live in there. There were small food shop, Tamiya's plamodel shop where I bought one birthday present, DVD lental shop and Piza Hut! I haven't eaten Piza for a long time! I ate beef italiano piza^^
As I kept going down, I reached a bik store named 'FOODTOWN'. Heaps of things are there. I bought lots of food!
Finally we came back to our motel at 7. That means we walked for 5 hours!!!!!!
It was a good experience and I7m sure that I won't be able to walk tomorrow>
Typhoon
Warning!!! A big typhoon is coming again in Japan! I heard my friends school canceled all classes today. But I personally like those unusual weathers. It is sort of excitements in our lives, isn't it? Enjoy typhoon. I will just see how it is from NZ^^
CLASS 3 !!
Today, I'd like to introduce Theory of Knowledge!
I am not sure what we are going to do in Theory of Knowledge yet. However it sounds like we will have some discussions. Anything may be possible to be our topic to discuss. Throughout the discussion, we will be able to think critically, always with doubt. That's the aim of Theory of Knowledge.
Today's our topic is "indivisuality". What is individuality? Is it to wear your uniform different from others? To be in freedom? Are you individual when you are trying to do same thing with others?
Are you real? Or just another fake?

On Friday, all students and teacher in our English class sang 'Happy Birthday' for me!!!!
Last night my friends and I stay up together (which is a little bit beyond the school law.)Yes, I live in school hostel and it is easy to do so^^
I got DVD the name is RAIN MAN. I'm gonna watch with many friends^^/ Sketch sets including sketch book, pencils from 2H to 6B and some samples of picture to copy. Wonderfull!! Cause I love drawing!

Olympics!!!!!
Olympics has been held!!! I realized Olympics as world wide event!!!! As I live in New Zealand far from Japan, there are less common topics between my Japanese friends and I... However, the Olympics! We, people living in all over the world watch Olympics, being excited, shouting, supportging their countries at the same time!!!
I wish Japan will eat out the gold medals!!!!
